Technician Fifth Grade T/5 Thomas Frederick White

 

 

Technician Fifth Grade T/5 Thomas Frederick White US Army Air Corp. Born 28 August 1921 in Englewood, Colorado. He attended primary and high schools in Englewood, and was a railway employee prior to entering service in October of 1942, at the age of 21. Assigned to the Army Air Forces, he received his preliminary training at Westover Field, New Bedford, Massachusetts; and served overseas in the Pacific Area (PTO) with the 2046th Quartermaster Truck Company (AAF). Coporal White was honorably discharged on 16 January 1946, and has earned the following decorations: American Theater Area Ribbon, Asiatic Pacific Theater Ribbon, Good Conduct Medal, and the World War Two Victory Medal. He is the son of Omeara Frank and Lillie White of Englewood, Colorado. He is also the Brother in law of 1st Lieutenant Wendell A, Peters.
