Sergeant, CLAYTON ROBINETTE 35434914 KIA U. S. Army. Born January 22, 1922, Entered service July, 1942, at the age of 20. He served at Camp Forrest, Tennessee.; Europe. Killed in action in France, November 12, 1944 at the age of 22. He served in the 319th Infantry Regiment, 80th Infantry Division. Awarded Bronze Star (BSM), Purple Heart (PHM). Attended Haricone School. He is a Protestant. Brother of Private first class, LANDON ROBINETTE. Son of Mr. and Mrs. Lilburn Robinette, of Varney, Kentucky.
