Kuzian Mazzarelli, of Wilmington, Delaware. He was a Catholic and he attended H. Fletcher Brown Vocational High School. He entered the US Army on Sept. 8, 1943, at the age of 18. He and trained at Camp Van Dorn, Mississippi with the 63rd Infantry Division. He served in Combat with B Company, 254th Infantry regiment, 63rd Infantry Division in France and Germany. He was wounded in action on April 2, 1945 near Mosbach, Germany. He was first listed as being Missing in Action on B Company's morning reports. He was awarded the Combat Infantry Badge, the Bronze Star Medal, the Purple Heart Medal, the Good Conduct Medal, The American Theater of operations, the European Theater of Operations Medal ETO with 2 battle star, the World War Two Victory Medal, and the Army of Occupation Medal, and the Presidential
