At the time of his enlistment he was 5 foot 7 inch had Black hair, Brown Eyes and weighed 130 Pounds. He served in 103rd Infantry Division, 410th Infantry Regiment and was Killed in Action in France on January 25,1945. He was awarded the American Theater Medal, World War Two Victory Medal, European-African (ETO). Middle Eastern Theater Medal with BRONZE BATTLE STARS, PURPLE HEART MEDAL Medal (PHM).
