T/5 Floyd Giles 38601626, US Army. He was born in 1915 the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Giles, and the brother of Cpl. Arthur A. Giles and Pfc. William B. Giles of Prescott, Ark., Floyd was the husband of the former Nobie Brown, he attended McRae High school, entering the Army on December 12, 1943. Trained at Camp Claiborne, La. He served in England, France, Luxembourg, Belgium and Germany. He was awarded the Good Conduct Medal and three Battle Stars. As of 1946 he was on duty at Ft. Leonard Wood, Mo.
