Staff Sergeant John E. Bradley 35927799 US Army. He was born on May 29, 1917 in Pennsylvania. He entered the US Army on January 28, 1944 in Cleveland Ohio, at the age of 26. He trained at Camp Van Dorn Mississippi. He served in Combat as 1st Platoon leaderCompany F, 253rd Infantry Regiment, 63rd Infantry Division. He was wounded on the morning of April 6,1945 when the Company was taking a hill outside of Untergriesheim Germany. He was discharged on October 8,1945. He was awarded the Combat Infantry Badge, the Silver Star Medal, the Purple Heart Medal, The American Theater of operations, the European Theater of Operations Medal ETO with 2 battle star, and the World War Two Victory Medal. He died on February 3, 1985 at the age of 67.
