Willmar Carter

Willmar Carter, US Navy. He was the son of Harry Carter, of Prescott, Ark. He was was the husband of the former Gustavur Piggin. Willmar entered the US Navy in October, 1943, training at Bainbridge, Md. He served in the South Pacific, where he was still on duty in 1946. He was awarded The American Theater of operations, the Asiatic Pacific Campaign Medal (PTO), and the World War Two Victory Medal.
