Sergeant RICHARD C. DUGGAN 38519099,
Sergeant RICHARD C. DUGGAN 38519099, U. S. Army Air Corps. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Tracy Duggan, Many. He was born October 22, 1924, and attended Many High School. Inducted July 27, 1943, at the age of 18. He received his training at Sheppard Field, Texas; Army Air Force Technical School, Amarillo, Texas, and Chanute Field, Illinois. On June 11, 1945, he embarked for the South Pacific where he participated in the Air Offensive of Japan, and the campaign of the Eastern Mandates. Sergeant Duggan has the Asiatic Pacific Theater (PTO) Ribbon with two bronze stars. He was discharged March 8, 1946. He is also the brother of Sergeant DELOYE ARNOLD DUGGAN, and Sergeant Roy TRACY DUGGAN, JR.
