Sergeant DELOYE ARNOLD DUGGAN 38185785, U. S. Army Air Corps. He is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Tracy Duggan, Many. He was born January l, 1921, and attended Many High School. Inducted July 16, 1942, at the age of 21. He received his training at St. Petersburg, Florida; Buckley Field, Colorado, and at Kearns, Utah. On February 26, 1943, he embarked for the Pacific area where he participated in the campaigns of Bismarck Archipelago, Central Pacific, China (CBI), Eastern Mandates, Northern Solomons, Southern Philippines, and Luzon. Sergeant Duggan has the Distinguished Unit Badge (PUC), the Asiatic Pacific Theater (PTO) Ribbon, and the Philippine Liberation Ribbon. He was discharged October 22, 1945. He is also the brother of Sergeant RICHARD C. DUGGAN, and Sergeant Roy TRACY DUGGAN, JR.
