The 2nd Infantry Division served for 303 days in Combat in the European African Middle Eastern Theater; during this time they served in the campaigns of NORMANDY, NORTHERN FRANCE,  RHINELAND, ARDENNES-ALSACE, and CENTRAL EUROPE.
