S1/C Juanita H. Whitfield

S1/C Juanita H. Whitfield US Navy WAVE. She was the Daughter of Mr. and Mrs. George W.  Whitfield  of Georgetown Texas. She graduated from Georgetown High School. She entered the WAVES in 1943 she trained at Hunter College New York. She served in Washington DC. She was awarded the American Campaign Medal and the World War Two Victory Medal. She was discharged in 1945.
