Staff Sergeant, FLOYD H. WALLACE U. S. Army KIA. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Wallace, of Modesto. He was born February 20, 1919, in San Jose. He Graduate Modesto High Junior College and Business College. He entered service at Riverbank, April 10, 1941, at the age of 22. He Trained at McCord Field, Wash., Portland Air Base, Oregon. He was Killed in line of duty May 1, 1942, at Portland Oregon, at the age of 23.
