Sgt. Esau Starr, US Army. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. I. P. Starr, of Gilmer, Texas. He was the husband of Saddie Mae Starr, and the brother of Cpl. Jacob Starr. Esau attended Valley View High School. He entered the Army, in 1943, trained at Camp Wolters. Served in USA. He was discharged in 1944.
