2^nd Lt. Robert F. Snakard O907907 US Army Air Corps. He was born on August 19, 1910, in Bradford, Pennsylvania, the son of Frank Albert Snakard and Mary Ellen Gallagher. At the time of his enlistment he he was 5 foot nine inches tall weighed 165 Pounds had blue eyes and brown hair he was living in Fort Worth Texas at the time of his enlistment he was working at Bryan Stone Wade Agerton. He entered the US Army on June 10, 1942 at the age of 31. He served in SQUADRON IV FLIGHT 18 of HEADQUARTERS AIR INTELLIGENCE SCHOOL Army Air Forces Technical Training Command Harrisburg, Pennsylvania EIGHTH COMBAT INTELLIGENCE COURSE (Second Phase). He served in the 8th Air Force in the European theater of operations. He was discharged on March 28, 1946. He died on January 20, 1994, in Fort Worth, Texas, at the age of 83.
