Technician fourth grade CLIFTON SEPULVADO

Technician fourth grade CLIFTON SEPULVADO, U. S. Army. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Tom Sepulvado of Noble. He was born January 20, 1918. He entered the U. S. Army January 24, 1942. He trained at Cavalry Replacement Center, Fort Riley, kansas; Camp Wichita, kansas, (activated 15th Cavalry Regiment); Camp Maxey, Texas; the Louisiana Maneuvers; Camp Coxcomb, California, (desert), and Camp Shanks, New York On March 1, 1944, he embarked for Southern England where he remained on security duty until D-Day. In France he fought through Normandy and Brittany, to Holland, then to the Roer River and on to the Rhine in the Ninth Army sector. He also took part in the Ruhr encirclement and in military government in Central Germany and served with the Seventh Army in Southern Germany. Sergeant Sepulvado has four campaigns stars for Normandy, Northern France, the Rhineland, and Central Germany (ETO). He was discharged November 20, 1945.
