Thurman Theo Proctor Sr 34147404 US Army. He was born on May 11 1915 in Clarksville, Tennessee, the son of Richard Pinkney Proctor and Allie Mae Bellar. He grew up Guthrie Kentucky. On October 10, 1941 he Entered Active Service, in the US Army, at the age of 26. He served at Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia, in the Signal Company of the 84th Infantry Division. He was Honorable Discharge on December 7, 1945 at Fort Knox, Kentucky. He married Betty Jane Alexander on December 6 1946 in Griffin, Spalding City., Georgia. He died on August 12, 1991 in Lincoln Park, Michigan and is buried Robertson County Memorial Gardens in Springfield., Tennessee.
