Pvt. Curtis Odom, US Army. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Odom, of Gilmer, Texas. He was the husband of Daisy Lee Brooks, he attended Summer Field School. He entered the US Army in 1942, trained at Camp Claiborne, La., California and New Mexico. He was discharged in 1944.
