CMMR (AA) (T) Matthew Thomas Kozieradzki 6033749 US navy Seabees. He was born on Sept 20, 1918 in New York, New York. He was the son of Andrew Kozieradzki, and Marie Kozieradzki. Andrew was from Hamburg, Germany and Marie was from The Republic of Poland. Matthew Kozieradzki later in life changed his last name to KAYE.

At the time of his enlistment he was living in Washington, District of Columbia and he worked for the US Government. At the time of his enlistment he was 5 foot 11 inches tall weighed 147 pounds and had brown hair and brown eyes. He served in the 1st marine amphibious corps 53rd Construction Battalion Navy Sea Bees. He supporting Marine Corps operations with construction on Guadalcanal and Guam. He died on Sept 16 1973 in Washington, District of Columbia at the age of 54.
