Staff Sergeant Floyd Hubble Jr. 36519535 US Army Air Corps KIA. He was the son of Floyd Hubble Sr. and husband of Olga Hubble of Oakland County Michigan. He entered the US Army Air Corps on September 2, 1942. He trained at Sheppard field Texas, Mountain Home Idaho,  LasVegas Nevada, and Kearney Nebraska. In May 1943 he embarked for European Theater as a Waist gunner on B17 with the 545th Bomber Squadron, 384th Bomber Group, Heavy, 8th Air force. He was Killed in Action near LeMans France on July 4, 1943. He is burred at Normandy Cemetery in St Laurent, France.
