Pvt. Pearl E. Gafford A-809503

Pvt. Pearl E. Gafford A-809503, US Army WAC. She was born in 1923 the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. H. “Dick” Bruner, she attended Corsicana High School. She entered the service, on February 19, 1944, and trained as a Radio Technician at Ft. Oglethorpe, Ga., and Casper. Wyoming, she was discharged. She has the Good Conduct Medal.
