Second Lieutenant James D. Farmes  O-1301462US Army MIA. He was from Minnesota. He was Killed in Action on October 22, 1944 at Leyte. He served in combat with Antitank Company, 382nd Infantry Regiment, 96th Infantry Division. He was awarded the Combat Infantry Badge, The Bronze Star Medal, the Purple Heart Medal, The American Theater of operations Medal, The Asiatic Pacific Theater of operations, World War Two Victory Medal, and the Philippine Liberation Medal.
