Major J. W. Dodson, O-294890, son of Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Dodson of Durant, Oklahoma  in U. S. Army Air Corps from Sept. 16, 1940 to April 3, 1943, R. O. T. C. Texas A&M. as 2nd Lieutenant Was killed in a plane crash in Mobile, Alabama April 3, 1943.
