Storekeeper, First Class FRANK TRAVIS DAVIDSON

Storekeeper, First Class FRANK TRAVIS DAVIDSON, son of Mrs. Gertrude Davidson, and husband of Lucille, of Dallas Texas, was born July 13, 1900, and volunteered for the Navy, October. 5, 1942 at the age of 42. Assigned to Navy 44th U.S.N. Const. Batt. Trained at Camps Allen, Bradford, and Peary. Served in the U.S. from October, 1942, to February, 1943. Served overseas from February, 1943, to November, 1944. Previous to enlistment he attended college in Marshall, Texas. He received an honorable discharge from service on July 16, 1945.
