Ensign Dorothy Lynn Berry

Ensign Dorothy Lynn Berry, US Navy WAVES. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. L. L. Berry, and the sister of S 1/c Donald B. Berry, of Gilmer, Texas. Ensign Berry graduated from of Baylor University. She entered the WAVES in 1943, trained at Smith College, Northampton, Mass. She served in New Orleans, Plattsburg, N.Y. and Pensacola,Fla. She resigned because of marriage to naval officer, Lt. C. H. Hamilton, November, 1944.
