Staff Sergeant Horace Barton 38040875

Staff Sergeant Horace Barton 38040875 US Army. He was born in 1918, son of Mrs. Vic Barton, Denton and brother of A C Ray Barton. He graduated from NTSTC UNIVERSITY OF NORTH TEXAS UNT, and Denton High School. He entered the service on March 18, 1941, around the age of 22. He received training at  Camp Grant, Illinois, Fort Riley, Kansas. and Fort Sam Houston, Texas. He completed course for surgical technicians. As of 1946 he was stationed at 147th General Hospital, Hawaii PTO. His wife is the former LaVern Weekly.
