Corporal Fay Lloyd Alberts, US Army. He was the son of Mrs. G. W, Alberts, of Graham, Texas, and husband of Vera Bell Wilson, Texas, and brother of Sergeant Steve Alberts. Fay attended Graham Schools. He entered the US Army in, 1941, trained at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri and Camp Bowie, Texas. Served in N. Africa, Italy, Sicily and France. Awarded European Theater of operation Medal (ETO) with 5 Battle Stars and GOOD CONDUCT MEDAL, and the World War Two Victory Medal. He was discharged in 1945.
