T /5 James O . Adkison US Army. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Adkison, and he attended Hobart schools.He was the husband of the  former  Eva  Mae  Baker, and the brother of

James entered the Army in March, 1944, and trained  at Camp Gruber, Okla. and Memphis,  Tenn.;  he served  in  England  , France, Belgium,  Holland,  Germany,  the  Philippines  and Japan where he is on  duty as of 1946. He was awarded  EAME  Ribbon with two Battle Stars, Asiatic Pacific and  Am.  Theater  Ribbons and Good Conduct Medal.
