LAWRENCE DEAR PATTERSON

LAWRENCE DEAR PATTERSON U. S. Army. He is the husband of Margaret A. Patterson, of  2414 Midway Street, Alexandria, Louisiana. He was born January 7, 1907, attended Bolton High School and Draughon’s Business College, and was employed as an actor prior to entering the service. Inducted September 20, 1943, at Camp Beauregard, at the age of 36. He received his training at Camp Joseph T. Robinson, Arkansas; Camp Chaffee, Arkansas; Fort Sam Houston, Texas, and he was then assigned to Classifications Section as Classifications Expert at Camp Chaffee, Arkansas. He has the Good Conduct Medal. After two years in the service, he was honorably discharged at Camp Chaffee on September 10, 1945. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. George A. Patterson, Sr., 2414 Midway Street, Alexandria, Louisiana. He is also the brother of Fireman Third Class GEORGE AUBRY PATTERSON, JR.
