STM 3/c Woodroe Williams, US navy. He was the son of Tump Williams, and the brother of S 2/ c Richard Charles Williams, of Bettie, Texas. Woodroe was the the husband of Gussie Deadmond, he attended Bethlehem High School. He entered the US Navy in 1945, trained at Bainbridge, Md. He was discharged in 1945.
