SoM 2/c George H. Bittle

SoM 2/c George H. Bittle, US Navy. He was the son of Mr. George D. Bittle, and husband of the former Patricia Collyer. He attended Fruitvale High School. He entered the US Navy in March, 1944 ; trained in Farragut, Idaho and Terminal Island, Calif. He served in the South Pacific; awarded American Theater Medal and Asiatic Pacific Ribbons and World War Two Victory Medal; He was discharged in May.
