T Sgt. ALFRED LEFEVRE service number 35276345 United States Army Air Corps, Non battle death. He was born on June 17, 1917 in Byesville, Ohio, the son of Nestor Joseph Joe Lefevre and Barbra Hanner LeFevre, of Weston; West Virginia. He was married to Ruth A. LeFevre. He entered the US Army on February 17, 1942. He was a member of the 499th bombardment squadron and the 345th bombardment group.  He was killed in a plane crash, on January 27, 1943 5 Miles North East of Columbia South Carolina.
