Pvt. Eugene F. Coleman US Army. He was the son of the Rev. and Mrs. M. W. Coleman, and brother of Pfc. Nolan R. Colman. Eugene attended Herbert and Hubbard High Schools. Pvt. Coleman entered the army in November, 1943. He received his training at Charleston, S. C., where he was stationed with the Quartermaster Corp in 1946.
